I would like to return my Fazl Product.

Surely you don’t mean this? In the event that a zombie apocalypse is happening, the world is ending, and you do indeed want to return your Fazl product (these are the only two events that we foresee causing you to want to return a Fazl product), please see our Returns and Exchanges policy below. If you still have more inquiries, make sure to send us your question by filling out the form on the contact us page. Please include your order number.


Not happy with your product? You are free to return or exchange them within 30 days of receiving your order. However products must be unused, labels must be in place and the packaging intact. 

Please note: Fazl does not cover the costs of shipping charges for exchanges or returns; there is no reimbursement for these costs or for the original shipping charges. We do not take responsibility for socks lost in transit for the purposes of exchanges and refunds.

In the event that an order is returned to us due to customer error ( e.g. includes, but not limited too, incorrect address, package not picked up in a timely manner, undeliverable address etc.), Fazl will not bear the cost of shipping the item out again.  The unfortunate reality is that shipping is VERY expensive and although you may have paid a flat fee for shipping, or qualified for "free" shipping, the actual shipping cost is significantly more and this is used up when the item is shipped the first time.  Unfortunately, it is not reality that we can afford to ship the same order out twice due customer error.  

If this occurs, you will be required to pay the flat shipping to have the products sent out again. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been returned to us, you may do so, but please note that the flat fee will be subtracted from your return. 

Follow these steps to make your wish our command:

  1. Get in touch. Contact us and provide your order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and why*. We will issue instructions to you from there once your request is authorized.
  2. Failure to complete Step 1 may result in not receiving an exchange or refund. So be a pal and complete Step 1! 

Exception: If you received damaged goods, then please contact us within 30 days so we can make it right and give you and your toes the warm fuzzies.

*We want to make the best possible products and receiving your feedback helps us grow as a company. Please remember though, that all Fazl products are handmade which means they will possess certain characteristics not seen in machine or factory-made products.
